The CalARC was created by the Bureau of Automotive Repair and is administered by the Foundation for California Community Colleges—a unique 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports the Community College system through diverse and far-reaching programs that touch on key issues in California and throughout the nation, including work development, student success, air quality, technology, healthcare, and learning programs for at-risk students.
